About ParkingSaverPH

Elevated Parking Systems Built for Philippine Homes

We bring proven vertical parking technology to Metro Manila — doubling your parking capacity, protecting your cars from flooding, and saving you millions compared to buying additional land.

Why We Started

Metro Manila homeowners face a real problem: land is scarce, flooding is frequent, and parking space is never enough. Buying an extra lot costs ₱5,000,000 or more. Renting a parking slot runs ₱5,000–₱10,000 a month — forever.

ParkingSaverPH was built to offer a smarter alternative. Our elevated parking lifts let you stack two or more cars in the same footprint you already own — at a fraction of the cost, installed in your existing garage.

Flood Protection Built In

Metro Manila flooding is a reality. When your car is raised 1,800–2,100 mm above the garage floor, even a severe flood event cannot reach it.

A single flood-damaged vehicle can cost ₱200,000–₱500,000 in repairs or total loss. One parking lift pays for itself the first time it keeps your car dry.
